“Israel under the Dome” explores the impact of the Palestinian missiles during the 2014 war on Gaza. Drawing on the knowledge of international experts; the film explores the failure of the Iron Dome missile defence system in intercepting the rockets of the Palestinian resistance, and the impact this had on the confidence of the Israeli citizens in Southern Israel as they fled their homes seeking better protection.
The film conveys the immediate and long-term impacts of the Palestinian rockets on Israeli families, farmers, and hotel owners while highlighting the state of shock and horror in addition to the economic losses caused by the war.
